We are locked in to our property lease for another 2–3 years. How can you help us?

If you have a break option or a rent review, this could be an opportunity to reduce costs or relocate, yet both are time sensitive. It is essential that we act within the timeframe specified in your lease.

As a tenant, you can also benefit from a 'lease re-gear', which provides an opportunity to review how much space you require, potentially reducing costs for the coming years.
If you have too much space, we can find a sub tenant that can result in maximising your premises while generating revenue.
