Initially, we like to meet you at your premises to envisage how you’re currently using your office premises and to review the good and bad points whilst building a specification for your new office space. This consultation will allow us to make recommendations in order to agree on an estimate size for your new premises in order to optimise space and reduce property costs. It will also give us an opportunity to discuss the current property market.
Once we carry out an extensive search for properties, we will carry out due diligence to ensure suitability based on your requirements, present our findings and arrange viewings that we will accompany you on. Upon your instruction, we will submit an offer and enter negotiations on your desired property. Once accepted, we will create the Heads of Terms to be signed off by both parties and liaise with the solicitors to avoid any unnecessary delay and to keep legal costs to an absolute minimum, leading the process through until completion.
